The Town of Byron Highway Department is dedicated to maintaining safe, reliable, and well-kept roads for our residents, businesses, and visitors year-round. Under the leadership of Highway Superintendent David Leaton, Jr., our team works hard to ensure that the town’s roadways, drainage systems, and related infrastructure are properly maintained in every season. From snow removal in the winter to road repairs and improvements in the warmer months, we take pride in delivering prompt, efficient service that keeps Byron moving.
Our mission is to protect and improve the town’s transportation network while using taxpayer resources responsibly. Whether responding to severe weather, repairing storm damage, or performing routine maintenance, the Highway Department strives to provide high-quality service that meets the needs of our community. We are committed to keeping the Town of Byron a safe and welcoming place to live, work, and travel.
