The Town of Byron Code Enforcement Office, led by Code Enforcement Officer Melissa Ierlan, is responsible for ensuring compliance with the town’s zoning laws, building codes, and property maintenance standards. The office works to promote the safety, health, and general welfare of the community by overseeing construction projects, issuing permits, and investigating potential code violations.
Whether it involves new construction, renovations, property upkeep, or land use compliance, the Code Enforcement Office provides guidance to property owners to help them meet town requirements. Melissa is committed to working cooperatively with residents, contractors, and businesses to maintain the integrity, safety, and character of the Town of Byron.
